ALTERNA INTERNATIONAL INTERNET STORE

The general business conditions of the ALTERNA INTERNATIONAL Internet store are determined by the conditions of purchase and sale of products, which are realized by ALTERNA INTERNATIONAL d.o.o. Belgrade (hereinafter: “Seller”). The general business conditions of the Internet store are determined in more detail by the areas that you can access by clicking on the desired area, all in accordance with the Law on Consumer Protection and the International Code of Electronic Business. The General Terms and Conditions define the activity of the Internet store, users of rights and the business relationship between the seller and the consumer.

An online store is an information system intended for presenting and selling products to consumers. It is managed by ALTERNA INTERNATIONAL d.o.o. Belgrade. The user is a person who uses the specified system, or the consumer in the Internet store.

REGISTRATION

By registering on this site, you automatically accept its propositions. The form that you fill in during registration, you only need to fill in once, and each time it is enough to just log in to your account. As a registered member, you have the opportunity to request to log out at any time, which will delete your data from our database.

METHODS OF DELIVERY

The Seller undertakes to deliver the purchased goods to the Consumer in one of the following ways:

The buyer will be notified of the delivery time by phone by the courier service.

For goods purchased through the Internet store, the delivery time is from 3 to 5 (five) working days from the date of receipt of the order by the consumer.

Deliveries are not made on Sundays and public holidays.

Delivery is made exclusively on the territory of the Republic of Serbia.

METHOD OF PAYMENT

The consumer can pay for the goods by cash on delivery or via the Internet with payment cards Visa, Verified by Visa, MasterCard, MasterCard Secure Code which support payment via the Internet. When creating an order form, the consumer assumes the obligation to pay for the ordered goods by pressing the CONFIRM button.

When entering payment card data, confidential information is transmitted via the public network in a protected (encrypted) form.

Data security during the purchase is guaranteed by the payment card processor, Societe Generale Serbia, so the complete billing process is performed on the bank’s website.

At no time is payment card information available to our system.

* Data entry and verification are performed exclusively between the card user and Intesa bank, and the Internet merchant does not have access to the data that is exchanged.

All payments will be made in dinars (RDS). If paid with payment cards of foreign Issuing Banks, the dinar amount of the transaction will be converted into the settlement currency of the Bank (EUR) according to the exchange rate of the National Bank of Serbia. When debiting your payment card, the already converted amount will be converted into your local currency, according to the exchange rate applied by the payment card operators.

PRICES IN ALTERNA INTERNATIONAL INTERNET STORES

All prices are expressed in dinars with VAT included. The seller reserves the right to change prices without prior notice to buyers, unless otherwise stated (in the case of promotions and special discounts). Prices are valid at the time of creating the order and have effect and validity for the next period.

OBSERVATIONS AND COMPLAINTS

If you are not satisfied with the purchased product, in terms of incorrectly calculated prices, damage and other defects, you can make a complaint in accordance with Article 56 of the Law on Consumer Protection.

For this purpose, you are obliged to file a complaint in writing to the address: Alterna International doo, Jurija Gagarina 28, electronically to the e-mail info@alternainternational.net.

You will receive an acknowledgment of receipt of the complaint, either in writing or by e-mail, all depending on how the complaint is submitted.

Each complaint will be answered within 8 days, starting from the day of receipt of the complaint, via e-mail, and a specific complaint will be resolved within 15 days, starting from the day of its submission.

If by any chance, for objective reasons, we are not able to satisfy you with resolving the complaint within the agreed deadline, we will ask you for consent for a short extension of the deadline for resolving the complaint, all in the best mutual interest.

REFUND OF COLLECTED FUNDS

In case of return of goods and return of funds to the customer who previously paid with one of the payment cards, in part or in full, and regardless of the reason for return, [name IPM] is obliged to make a refund exclusively through VISA, EC / MC and Maestro payment methods, which means that the bank will, at the request of the seller, refund the funds to the account of the payment card user.

CONSENT AND CHANGE OF CONDITIONS

Use of our services implies your consent as a user to the stated terms of use. Alterna International online stores reserve the right to change this Privacy Policy. Any change becomes valid after its publication on the online store alternainternational.net. You, as a user, undertake to read this privacy policy from time to time in order to be aware of any changes to it. If you continue to use the Alterna International online store after the new version of the privacy policy, it is understood that you have accepted it as valid.
